After launching our API, we wanted to make the same features and services available for clients with limited technical resources or those looking to accelerate their integration and launch timelines. To accommodate those client needs, our team built a suite of Arta-hosted services. Our hosted products are designed and built by Arta in order to save our clients time that might be spent on design and frontend development. The integration is a bit more plug-and-play in nature, making it a great option for businesses that have limited technical resources or for those interested in getting to market as quickly as possible.

Arta Booking provides a secure, Arta-hosted web page enabling you or your customers to intuitively book and pay for a shipment. It was designed to remove friction and latency in the post-purchase experience.
How it works + use cases
Clients can access Arta Booking through the Arta Dashboard, or through a simple integration into their own website or inventory management system. To create a booking session through the Arta Dashboard, go to the quote request page, toggle to the actions dropdown in the top right corner, and select share. A unique URL will be made available that can be shared with customers to review all shipping quotes, select the option that meets their preferences, and easily pay for the shipment.
Integrating Arta Booking is simple and takes a single API call to start a booking session. It is typically integrated post-checkout on a customer-facing page to streamline post-purchase shipping coordination, though we also have clients who have integrated Arta Booking into inventory management systems or other internal tools. The customer simply enters their shipping destination information and is instantly presented with shipping options within the Arta-hosted UI. Selecting and paying for the shipment takes just a few clicks. In both scenarios, the Booking page will display all available quotes across our service tiers.
